IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:

For International Women's Day, we can accept delivery orders only until March 6th afternoon. Please note on this day we cannot complete deliveries asked for a specific time.

Orders placed by 10 a.m. can be delivered on the same day within Budapest. In this case, a specific delivery time interval cannot be chosen, and the package will be delivered approximately by 5 p.m.

For orders placed by 6 p.m., you have the option to choose a specific delivery time interval for the next day.

You can select a 2-hour delivery time interval (e.g., between 12 PM and 2 PM) if you would like to choose a certain timeframe.

You can also request delivery at a later date. In this case, please write the desired date in the "Notes" section on the last page of the ordering process.


Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please assist our work by providing a broader time interval if possible for delivery.

On special days (Valentine's Day, Women's Day, and Mother's Day), we can accept orders up to 2 days in advance. On these days, we cannot offer delivery at specific times.

There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

For orders within the Budapest area, please inquire about delivery fees and time slots before placing your order by contacting us.

Ordered items will be delivered by our own courier within Budapest.


OTHER INFORMATION:

For wreaths, we have a 3-day order deadline. For wedding flowers, we work with a 3-5 day order deadline.

The seller cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond their control.
Our couriers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery address. If contact cannot be established and the flowers cannot be delivered within this time, they will be returned to our store.

For gifts sent to recipients or for personal pick-up, please ensure that accurate address and additional information is provided. Also, provide a specific time interval during which the recipient will definitely be present at the delivery address.

If you cannot provide a specific delivery time in advance, please request time coordination from us. We always coordinate discreetly without revealing the surprise.

If the information provided by the buyer is incorrect or inaccurate, or if the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as the recipient not being at home or unwilling to accept the delivery, the seller is not liable. In such cases, after re-coordination and re-payment of the delivery fee, if possible, we will attempt re-delivery on the same day or the next day, or the item can be picked up at our store during opening hours. If the buyer has already paid the amount, they cannot request a refund retroactively.

In case of product shortage, the seller reserves the right to deliver a flower of the same style and price range.

For delivery orders, payment in cash is possible with the courier.

If you choose this payment method, it is necessary to wait for the invoice sent by us before making the payment!

Convenient and secure online payment is provided by Barion Payment Zrt., Authorization number of the National Bank of Hungary: H-EN-I-1064/2013. Your credit card information will not be disclosed to our store.

For in-store pickup, you can pay with either cash or credit card at our store.
